Welcome to Yializis Law. My name is Cynthia Yializis. I am a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania committed to the practice of immigration law in the United States. I established Yializis Law to dedicate my legal practice primarily to family immigration, with the goal of reuniting and keeping families together here in the United States. The immigration process is complex and ever-changing. Although family reunification is one of the primary goals of the U.S. Immigration system, the reality is that the process often proves to be a frustrating and complicated affair. I am committed to working together with families to guide them through the immigration process, and to alleviate as much of the administrative burden as possible.

In addition to providing services in family immigration, I also prepare National Interest Waivers, EB-1 petitions for Aliens with Extraordinary Ability, and EB-1 petitions for Outstanding Researchers and Professors. Prior to studying law, I received a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, which has proven to be advantageous in preparing these petitions for foreign nationals whose work is based in the sciences.

Although I am based in Pittsburgh, PA, I am able to take cases from across the nation. Immigration law is federal and I am able to manage all casework and client communication via the internet.
